Calmas de Enero - The calm winter days will soon begin…
The calm days, the so-called "Calmas de Enero" start on Mallorca during the Christmas season. That's when the rough winter storms will die down and the sea will calm down. This is the ideal moment to enjoy the one-off ocean view from our panoramic terrace. Fitting for the season, we will pamper you with a hearty paella
and fish stews such as the traditional Arroz Brut or a Majorcan Bouillabaisse. Our Maître José will gladly advise you and will explain the subtleties of our stews to you!
